Shipping policy

Just enter in your shipping address in the shipping information section of the order process, and use the Country drop down to select your country from the list that appears.

You’ll see your shipping options and costs presented to you before you complete your order.

For International orders, we use Weight-Based Shipping which means that your shipping rate will be calculated on the basis of the cumulative weight of the items being shipped. Weight–based shipping is cost-effective, and ensures that customers will be charged a proportional price regardless of the number of items in their shopping cart.

 

Processing Time:
We use multiple shipping carriers to deliver packages within the US and for international orders. 

Once your payment is authorized and processed it can take 2-7 business days for your order to ship excluding weekends and holidays.  All orders including USA and international orders meet the timeline stated above. Once your order is shipped you will receive a email notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number. Please make sure you leave your email address for the order and shipping confirmation. If for some reason we are experiencing delays in shipping, a notification will be sent out via email or SMS.
